A bass guitar amp combo is perfect if you’re tired of hauling heavy equipment and speaker boxes. I’m using one and I love it. It’s lighter, simple to set up with fewer moving parts and sounds great.

All of the electronics are built right into the speaker cabinet, so you don’t have to haul a separate head. Convenience is just one advantage however. They are generally lighter and they sound great. I’m playing one and the power is more than enough. Our guitar player plays loud and there’s no problem keeping up.

You’ll notice the five choices below range in price and power. If you’re a beginner or just want it for home use, you’ll probably choose a smaller one. I use mine for home and gigs. The five below were chosen from feedback I’ve gotten and reviews by satisfied musicians.
